We install a custom Latchley reader unit with NFC tap and PIN keypad, a Raspberry Pi bridge controller, and an electric strike lock. Where the existing door furniture isn't compatible, we replace the handle too. Everything is tested and handed over on installation day.

You do, from day one. The £1,299 installation fee covers all hardware, labour, cabling, and handover. There are no rental or leasing arrangements. The equipment is yours the moment it's fitted.

Latchley works with any booking platform. For direct integration, the Latchley REST API lets any third-party system, whether a holiday let platform, golf venue, or co-working space, generate access codes programmatically at the end of their own booking flow.

Yes. You can create codes via two flows. Flow A sends your guest a secure invitation link to complete, then you review and approve before the code is generated. Flow B lets you enter all details yourself for instant code generation with no waiting.

Your on-site Pi bridge stores valid codes locally and continues to grant access without an internet connection. Existing codes remain fully valid throughout any outage.

No. Latchley requires a physical installation so a free trial isn't feasible. Pricing is simple and transparent upfront, so you know exactly what you're committing to before we touch anything.

All updates follow a staged rollout: Beta on internal units first, then Early Access for opted-in hosts, then Stable for everyone else. Your system is never updated during an active guest booking, and you can defer any update for up to 30 days from your dashboard.
